Any advice for someone on 11mg of methadone ? I am being fast tapered off my methadone, way quicker than I am comfortable with. I started to get sick when I dropped from 20-18mg and asked my clinic to slow it down; however, in the Drs infinite wisdom, he decided to speed it up to make my suffering more intense, but duration shorter. I am having to drop 2mg a week and each drop is making me more and more sick. I need to be able to work and support my family. I absolutely want to be free of opia
