Hi there, When it says it has departed the DP Mailterminal, it means that it has been shipped to the UK. After that, the parcel has to go thru the border formalities and be handed over to Royal Mail. The UK border has always been a bottleneck after Brexit, especially during times of high volume such as December and the time around Black Friday.
