I'd like to see someone post a pic of this straw, because I have had some from them twice and it was fine. I have COPD & I am a recovering(years ago) opioid addict so I know when something works or not. Their Red Bali really kills my COPD symptoms. Maybe other people's Kratom is wayyy better. idk.
