You’re not obliged to take any invasive tests of the sort. It’s hearsay waffle and nothing more. Courts don’t listen to stories only facts. Completely ignore it. Long as you’ve got the kid now there’s nothing anyone can do based on bollox coming out a bitter ex’s mouth. I’m pretty sure technically you can ignore everything, not appear in court and there’s nothing anyone can do. My ex broke our COURT ORDER 3 times and they did absolutely nothing about it. That was about 10yrs ago, things may have
