Hey, Franz always accepted returns or replacements when I was not happy. Have you asked him? Not defending them. The quality has been all over the place past year or so. 2020-2021 it was excellent. I still have some of it so I know it's not placebo. But recently it's not been great. Let me know if you get/got refused for return/refund. He got DPD to collect and replace mine. I will ask why some can and some can't.
