Getting a little of each colour just to start with is a good idea, just in case you have a bad reaction to any of them - nausea or vomiting is a common side effect. I usually recommend 1g to start with, but 2g should be fine too; wait ~40 minutes (maybe an hour if you're taking capsules - your body needs to break down the capsule first) and see how you feel.
