So your total daily dose was 320mg, that would have been a huge dose if IV, but not really on oral. Mind that my 1000mg of codeine are, ON AVERAGE, equivalent to 180mg oral morphine, but as you may know some people convert more codeine into morphine in their livers than average (some even convert almost 100% and will often OD on initial codeine doses, although I doubt I'm one since I haven't), so I might be converting not 180mg of oral morphine equivalent, but maybe double or triple, since my f
