It's hard to compare cuz kratom is a little diffirent than codeine it also depend on tolerance. When i started to take Kratom i had very low tolerance from opioids (before i took only tramadol and when i try Kratom i was 2 month clean) What i can say - the dose 2.5-5g was very stimulating and motivating (like low amounts of tramadol/codeine) For nods and burning, i had to take 15-25g, but there is a catch. I actually had the same effects while laying in bad as on tramadol, but after i useD th
