Yes the gold I have tried and I find it great for evenings and really winding down and relaxing. The reds are also good I’ve tried red Kasung Red Malay are also good. To be honest my favourite Red is the Red Maeng da and I mix it with the gold. I tend to use green and whites in the day and early evening I use red amd gold. Kratom bird are a great company. I’ve used kratom near on 7 years now and I used to use Kratjie but they went down hill massively and they are well over priced.
