It’s different to any pharma opioid, it’s like a stimulating version of half stregnth codeine. It Varys batch by batch or by strain. Overall I would say it gives bette r effects than any opioid in its own unique way. Would definitely reccomemd going cold turkey for a week or two then trying Kratom, will change your life for the better
