I order from Kratombird monthly without issue's although I always pick DHL, next day delivery to the UK from Sweden. In 3 years the worst I've had is a 3 day delay through customs(they still let it through, great packaging n stealth, late delivery just 2 other times. Also they have been good at responding via their contact button on their website through email within 24 hours. Best wishes
