I thought it would help save people money, as it cannot be helped but companies get good and not so good batches in and I read reports of poor customer service on here for some. So far I used thomthom and kraatje last year - both good Kratombird have excellent customer service, I am impressed with the packaging of the kratom but I have not tried it yet.
