Im not in pain, so can't comment, but I have ME and the greens/yellows/gold really help with that. I'd say it's worth getting 100g of the on-sale reds, and something like Green Borneo, next time you buy, and give them (KB) a go. Like always, what works for one might not work for another, but if they are good for you, it'll save you dough in the future. Good luck mate.
