Hello, can you give me a link to Royal Mail daily bulletin, I hope they can help more than they did on the phone "We have not seen your parcel, it must be in customs" It's been 5 weeks since my indonesian vendor posted mine and 2 other brits' parcels, they got theirs. In the meantime, I have ordered twice from KB and they both cleared customs.
