Question for Brits. Parcel from Indonesia been in UK for 9 days but Royal Mail hasn't got it

I must admit I was surprised to hear someone who ordered 3kg, got a home visit and the fact that Babylon confiscated a laptop and a phone. In England, I don't think we realised we are not in the 19th Century anymore.
