Yea but with only 8mg tablets you need to make sure you know what your doing and your getting the paracetamol out or it could be fatal so I wouldn't recommend it. If you know how you can get a decent dose of codeine out of 4-6 tablets but you would need to go to multiple pharmacies to get alot of tablets, also if there is no tolerance to codeine even a low dose like 2x8mg codeine should take the edge of any withdrawals.
