Isn’t there this thing called cold water extraction with the paracetamol/codeine combo pill, that makes it so you can get the paracetamol out and take pure codeine (and therefore more without having to worry about your liver because of the paracetamol)? I don’t know the specifics, but I’ve read about it before.
