It's ground fine, I have a Kratom cup, so I drink Kratom and then make the next for later, just a big teaspoon in a double shot of water. Dissolves fine after a quick stir before downing in one, then a quick chaser, sip coffee etc etc. It's green sludge where ever u buy it, unless you make tea. Shame about Kraatje, as said they were the best in the EU
