You're just going to have to experiment, everyone is different (4-5 g is my absolute limit) start at your lowest possible dose, so for you probably 6-8 grams then see. One thing I have learned the hard way over the years is that topping up doesn't really work. If you take say 10g and that's not feeling good, adding another 5g isn't going to give you any of the good effects, only the negative.
