Hi and thanks for posting. I think it did affect me, as I was a week after a tiny cut. So you've done well to get off all that, cold turkey as well, that must have hurt. The thing that is putting me off CT is losing my marbles, as I have situational stress I cannot do anything about right now. Thanks for your welll wishes.
