I'm going to suggest you look into SMART meetings, mate. They have a different approach to 12 step, and support people whether they want abstinence or managed use in any addiction. Could be a good place to explore what drives your addictions, and to support you to address them. I'm 8 years clean and sober (although I have a 15-20g a day kratom habit, which I'm happy with at the mo). All the best to you, and well done on where you're at.
