I find the White Indo Maeng Da more like a red to be honest, not that stimulating but great for pain and anxiety etc, I wouldn't take it too close to bed though just incase. I found the Bali Gold to be more stimulating but still relaxing and just as good for pain and anxiety. Green Malay has been my favourite for the energy it gives, nice clean energy and can multi task a nice balanced strain it was too.
