Yeah i did both 7 and MGM and was satisfied most of the time. But it fucked up my tolerance for kratom. Im tapering kratom now and trying to keep myself away from these. I was using it 2 weeks a month for 3 months. Mostly MGM, i got 7 three times before christmas, later MGM Withdrawals was shitty every time
