Yeah that's very interesting, there are 2 things in there, I'm paraphrasing but basically in order for you to be charged you have to believe the substance to be psychoactive and for the importation part you have to be aware that you are buying from a non UK company. There was a guy in Wales that got prosecuted under the PSA for kratom this year, but I'm not aware of anyone actually challenging it in court. Would be very interesting to see someone who could afford a really good lawyer actually
