Hi just answering but I’ll do a post. I’m pretty concerned about that vendor. Their pills worked for me, at least the mgm ones : great feeling. The 7oh was shit (although feeling something but really sleepy and nausea). I’m pretty sure it’s not the right chems in the pills. I’m trying to find a lab to test them.
What's discussed: A Reddit user expresses concern that a kratom/alkaloid supplement vendor’s pills may contain incorrect chemicals, citing different effects from MGM vs 7OH. They want to find a lab to test the product’s contents.
Why it matters: This signals potential customer distrust around lab testing and chemical accuracy, which can quickly affect brand reputation and conversion. GoPure should be prepared to address lab-testing expectations and quality assurance messaging.
Risk: Moderate risk: negative sentiment about chemical identity/quality and a desire for lab verification, which could spread if similar posts emerge.
Do NOT: Do not accuse any specific vendor, do not claim medical/chemical efficacy, and do not provide instructions that could be interpreted as facilitating wrongdoing or evading testing. Avoid promising results or disputing lab findings without evidence.
Compliance note: Keep communications factual and non-medical; avoid guaranteeing chemical composition. If discussing testing, reference general quality assurance practices and available documentation (e.g., COAs) without making regulatory or legality claims.
