I don't know, iv being taking it for many years now and every now and then I get a batch that reminds me of the first time taking it but I feel it gets less and less the longer I use that batch. I just want to cut down it's an easy thing to get sucked into . I'm not in the UK so bit weary of ordering from there with customs
