If you need 200mg your body most likely isnt good at metabolising it to morphine, without a tolerance you would feel 90mg + , even more than a high dose of kratom. If this is the case you could use a Buprenorphine patch, a very weak one 5-10 microgram/hour which would only last for 7 days and you would not get any dependence from such a low dose. I have also did this but i cannot speak on the effectiveness if you have bad withdrawal because as I said I just feel shitty for a few days but its not
