I like both kratom bureau and the latest TT batches. The thing with kratom is we are all different. For me I found my normal dose 2.5g white, 3.5g green and 4-5g red too much for the kratom bureau stuff. Using 1.5g white first thing. 3g green midday and 3.5-4g of the red. My tolerance is weird since I quit all carbs 3 months ago. So your experience may vary.
