Been fine for me too and I’ve ordered from a few places. I think due to the nature of kratom being a plant which can fluctuate in strength quite a lot between batches, it isn’t exactly a great thing if you’re trying to run a business with the plant. I’ve had a couple underwhelming batches from them but all in all it’s been fine. It’s true that the cost is higher, but I’ve never really minded due to the convenience
