Are all KB strains the same? Which of the current do you recommend for anxiety, pain & sleep?

I might take the gamble with RMD and see how it is. Worst case scenario I'll take my real dose and order WMD after a while, pros of buying cheap. But I want to read people's opinions on both, too. Gold MD gave me cramps on the stomach so I dunno
