Yes, you are right. I remember reading something like that if im not mistanken. Norway is very conservative when it comes to drugs, and we will always be the last European country to legalise something. I have 10 drug sentences so i don't give a fuck, but now i have a dog so i have to behave. But thanks for pointing out that Norway is a shit country when drugs are the theme.
