Using kratom for mental health is just never a good idea imo. Unless you take it twice a week max or if use it to overcome a depressive episode and stop completely after. If you take kratom daily, your body will eventually adapt to the new baseline and you'll have to increase the dosage. btw 10g a day is still quite a lot, the most I've ever taken was about 20 and I felt like I was doing nothing but drinking kratom all the time.
