Yeah, best thing to do, at least if you order powder and fill your own capsules then you can test before (& know) the quality of powder going into your capsules. .....& dosage if you think about it i.e. you weigh the empty capsules (like I did) then weigh after filling to give you amount of kratom in each. P.S. Capsules from a vendor means you don't know the exact amount or quality in each capsules, Come to think about it, f I was a vendor I'd sell my good shit in bags of powder &
