Thanks for giving more context. Regards to your friend, he needs to show his ID when sending abroad from US. Naturally his volumes are likely not very high so changes of these packages getting scrutiny is small. We are aware of ALL information that is linked to a shipment pertaining to customs declarations etc. and are mitigating any risks in best way possible as any other vendor likely would as well.
