All opioids are clearly a bit similar, some give more or less stimulation, some give more or less euphoria. Heroin changes depending on the method of administration you use; by smoking it, you will never have the injection flash. However, I found MGM stronger than 7 but less stimulating. I have a good tolerance and I can tell you that 30mg of MGM hardened me very well.
