toss into empty stomach with lots of water. the stimulation doesn't last long, but it seems like normal kratom to me. though tt's kratom is the only one i have experience with. my next dose is usually 2 grams at 17 pm. i don't know how much i'd need for the opioid effect, which i'm not chasing for. probably more than with last year's batches.
