uh just never had customs issue with anyone except them. idk if they changed it but trust literally have 1) website link stuff on packet and the word kratom + 2) they label it as dye instead of tea and dye flags up as a potential illegal plant colouring lolol. Also yes the quality was bad but they were nice to give extra during it too. They have a lot of bots and employees being hostile and annoying on here too.
