was on 30gpd for 5 years, I tapered down to 15gpd then went cold turkey, took last dose at 7am on a fri so i could get through work withdrawals kicked in around 3pm , then it lasted nearly 3 weeks , first week hell severe irritability, RLS and insomnia 2nd same but not as intense 3rd week RLS finally gone and felt like i had a bad flu then started to slowly come round after that.
