They gave me an extra 20 grams of kratom. Granted, the wait time was quite long. Definitely not 2-3 days like they advertise. But still, I’m very happy with my experiences with them so far. They never ripped me off, and they included a different product which was not in my original order along with the contents of the original order. Sucks you had this experience though.
