Bought these flavoured Kratom extracts. Anyone know the difference between "Full Spectrum" and "Mitragynine Enhanced"?

I tried the Ice Tea flavoured one in "Mitragynine Enhanced" variant and it was actually not bad at all. Sweet and refreshing, nothing like drinking kratom powder. The effect was more social and less focused on the nodding.
