Bought these flavoured Kratom extracts. Anyone know the difference between "Full Spectrum" and "Mitragynine Enhanced"?

Oo I saw this earlier and want to try it because they seem to do some pretty good things in terms of guaranteed effect. Do let me know your thoughts when trying one please.
