I’ve just had an ‘by end of day’ email from DHL, and they’re usually pretty spot on. A couple of times with UPS it’s arrived a day later than they said, which I put down to the busyness of their self employed (I’m guessing? Seems to be the business model these days) drivers. Hope yours arrives swiftly mate.
