Kratom doesn’t go whoosh anymore. Relaxed yes- but no giddy high at the start. Bad food or tired receptors? Anyone feel the same?

What kratom do u recomend? The super green from gopure is ok and the greencfrom thomthom is ok, but do you know one with real effect?
