Ear ringing?

Hello! I'm not particularly stressed, it's true that I have PTSD but it's been treated years ago and I'm pretty much fine with it now. Those noises always appear after a dose, about 1h30 to be exact, when the alkaloids are completely diffused in the system, it's very clear and there's no doubt for me about the origin :)
