I usually take 2-6 grams depending on the day. If I take kratom and then I'm in a quiet environment, It doesn't occur. It happens only when a medium-loud music/noise near me stops abruptly. Kratom doesn't directly affect my tinnitus, but makes it more bearable, because I feel more comfortable and I don't mind it that much.
