I have these ear vibrations when I'm listening to music with headphones and I suddenly take them off/pause the video. It lasts like 0,5/1 second and feels like my ear is contracting. It only happens when music is relatively loud, and I take that as a sign that kratom is working, as I think I had this same sensation with tramadol(used for pain).
