Shouldn't be a problem - just put it in a bag or jar or whatever that had matcha powder in with a label. AFAIK, because this is the case pretty much everywhere, they won't drug test for it because kratom is not on the radar of most EU countries, I wouldn't worry. I also highly doubt any of the airport staff will have any idea what kratom is and no other drugs of any significance look like kratom either.
