UPDATE, After the 6th email and sending a very negative review both in their webpage and in trustpilot, they have appeared and they've told me that they have replied to my emails which doesn't make a lot of sense since I get none of them... but well, they've recognized their mistake and they are going to send the kg that was left out. So well, should I keep this post or should I erase it? not sure.
