Don't take too much magnesium. Definitely not every dose. It's a very important mineral but I used to take a whole tablet of chelated magnesium everyday and it made me so foggy, so depressed. Made everything I took it for worse. I mentioned it once to my doctor at the time, just kinda bragging at how I'm taking care of myself (I was like 19 lol) and he was like aah yeah, magnesium does xyz and builds up and does all of those things you've complained about so maybe don't take so much.
