I just mix it with water.I don't like to mix it with stuff I actually like the taste of, because it kind of makes me hate that food and toss and wash was really never an option for me. At first I had issues, because it's kind of hard to dissolve and it tends to get very foamy, which I found disgusting. The trick is to put the powder into your glass first and then just add enough water to barely dissolve it. It should look like wet sand. Afterwards just add the rest of your water and mix it aroun
